But globalization and computer technology is transformed company as much as every otherfield. This leaded to expect new sectors in competing marketplace so to exist a company must choose its core sector and be proffesional in this field. With the passing time,big companies are constrained to include non-core activities like accounting,human resources etc. at the scale of their business by increasing the employment.These departments started to use more and more resources and it became difficult to control it bt taking time to which should be redirected to more important tasks. Most businesses were born because someone had a better way to meet customers needs.Many functions must be performed in any company,but not all are equally critical to the needs of the customers,The most critical ones are "core" to the business,others,like paying the bill,are necessary,but not core. Understanding the core competencies that make a business special is a critical stage in any decision on outsourcing.If you are not very good at something thats absolutely vital for you,it may be wise to outsource it,of course it depends on the power of your business.
