| Açıklama | ONE DAY WITH NEDİM GÜRSEL IN FACT NEDİM GÜRSEL LIVES IN PARIS. BUT FOR ONE YEAR HE WILL HAVE BEEN STAYED IN BERLIN, BUT PARIS IS THE PLACE HE SETTLED IN. HE JUST COMES TO ISTANBUL WHEN A NEW BOOK WILL BRING OUT OR TO TAKE HIS ACCUMULATED RECONCILIATION’S. These twelve hours, which we spent with Nedim Gürsel, the twelve hours of his life that divided into three. Because in fact he lives in Paris but for one year he is staying in Berlin, he can’t stand to not to pass by Istanbul often. Paris is the place he settled in. His wife and writing table is in Paris. Although he is an author who draws attention in France even in Greece; and he has a lot of books translated; his four books translated into German is enough to take a magnificent proposal from Berlin! A very big house, which he will spend this one year in, provides to Gürsel who is used to live in narrow places; they are giving a little money to his pocket and they don’t want very much thing. Of course he had better join to social life of city a bit. The reading days etc… Really good! Nedim gürsel says, he accepted this proposal to get out of Paris a bit, to be out of daily life, and a bit to live his bachelorhood years in his ten-years- marriage life. He says, he behaved honest to his wife when he married, as much as be able to say “Don’t marry to me, I am a poisoned gift.” A House A Time Tunnel Nedim Gürsel, often comes to Istanbul when a new book will be brought out or to take his accumulated reconciliation and he stays in his mothers house in Anadolu Hisarı. This place is a second-degree historical house that his father died in a car crash when he was ten, and his mother who widowed when she was 37, his aunt could not marry to man although she always loved him. It is a house, which carries traces of lots of lifers, and the entire things protected eve the little details like copper utensils, iron beds, woolen kitchen potholders etc. You can really feel yourself in a time tunnel.
