In 1980 they have started the productıon wıth 3 exruders and 1 bag machıne. Now company have 60 extraders and 40 automatıc bag machınes. Company is working with a capacity of 200 tons/day Now in the company 450 workers have been working for produce the various of plastıcs products. THE COMPANY IS REPRESENTED 6 PRODUCING SECTION CASTING TURNING – LEVELING CUTTING - BENT WELDING MOUNTING PAINTING A) CASTING SECTION Casting is defined as the shaping of metal by melting and pouring into a mold. Most castings are made in sand molds sand mixed with a binder to hold it together, it pressed around a wooden pattern that lives a cavity in the sand . molten metal is poured into the cavity and allowed to solidify. Investment casting is used for small, complex shapes. Wax or plastic replicas of the parts are covered with sand in a box.
